About this build.
Every unit leaves our Rockaway workshop hand-assembled, dry-tested, and labeled with the name of whoever built it. We don't run anything on a line — frames are mortised on a 1947 cast-iron mortiser that we restored ourselves, and the rabbets are cut with a Tersa-knife planer that hasn't missed a thousandth in fifteen years.
The default glass package — argon-filled double-pane Low-E — runs U-0.27 / SHGC 0.30 and meets Title 24. Triple-pane brings U down to 0.19. We can match a divided-light pattern off a single photo of an existing window.
